Todorov's Theory Maleficent Analysis -

Todorov's Theory - 

1. Equilibrium - The Kingdoms living in peace. Young Maleficent has her wings and is happily in love with a young Prince of the neighbouring Kingdom. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzYLGiIV5fk = 0.55 )



2. Disruption of the Equilibrium - The Prince stealing Maleficent's wings because The King wanted her dead due to her excessive power.   • Experienced a tough early life
  • Acts impulsively without thought of consequences
  • Changes her position from bad to good
